Brushstroke MUGS - Speckled Clay
These ceramic mugs are each made and painted by hand. This makes each one unique, all the painted patterns are different from one another and each one is slightly different in shape and size. That being said, each mug holds about 300ml and is around 7 to 7.5cm tall and 10 to 11cm wide (at the opening). These mugs were made using the pinch method, which leaves a trace of where my hands have manipulated the clay to form the cup’s shape giving them a wonderful texture. These cups are perfect for your morning coffee, getting cozied up with a cup of tea and your favorite book or sipping on hot chocolate by a fire with friends.

About the Clay
I create these mugs using two types of clay, white and speckled. These are made from a speckled clay. The clay is made with materials that rise to the surface when fired creating spots. The spots are unpredictable and, to me, create a warm cozy look. I also make these same mugs with a white clay. This clay is similar in color, but has very subtle spots, almost unnoticeable until you take a closer look. If speckles are not your thing, then please take a look at that listing as well.

These mugs are part of a larger line of dishware. Although every item is completely unique, they all match and are all available in the two different clay bodies. Each item in my store is thoroughly inspected for usability and all sharp areas are removed for the safety of you and the safety of your countertops.

SHIPPING, RETURNS and REIMBURSEMENT
These items are fragile and we know how packages get treated in the mail. As much as I try to prevent items from breaking by using proper packaging there is always a chance that something could happen during shipping. Each package sent will be insured, so if something does happen and you are not at fault, please let me know within 7 business days of receiving your package so I can reimburse you or send another item to replace it.
If the item is not as you expected and you are unhappy with it once you receive it, you will have 7 days to return the item to receive reimbursement. When returning an item, you will need to pay for shipping (insured and with tracking). The package must be returned in the same package with the same packaging to ensure that the item does not break on its journey back. You will not receive reimbursement until I have received the item (if the package becomes lost in shipment and it is clearly not your fault then you will be reimbursed, don’t worry!)
